Donaven joined the company in 2000 and was promoted to Project Manager in 2003. He was later promoted to Director in 2013 before earning his most recent position as Senior Director in 2023. Over the course of his 25-year tenure with The Martec Group, he has led a broad range of qualitative and quantitative market research studies in both the business-to-business and business-to-consumer sectors.
