ACTIVATE ACCELERATES US EXPANSION WITH 50 NEW LOCATION DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT

The fastest-growing entertainment concept is expanding its existing partnership with Sounds Fun Entertainment, bringing state-of-the-art gaming experiences to countless cities nationwide.

WINNIPEG, MB, Oct. 16, 2024 /CNW/ – Activate, the world’s first active gaming facility and TikTok viral sensation, has announced a new exclusive agreement with Sounds Fun Entertainment to accelerate its US expansion. The partnership aims to fast-track Activate’s US presence with 50 new locations across 21 states, solidifying Activate’s position as a leader in the immersive gaming industry–a feat no other immersive gaming experience has accomplished.

With 30 locations open in North America and 15 currently under construction, Activate is setting an ambitious goal to double its footprint by the end of 2025. This bold move will bring its presence to 60 total locations, with upcoming launches in iconic cities like Austin, Los Angeles, New York, and San Francisco.

Integration allows Yardi clients to improve the rental search experience

This collaboration enhances Engrain’s SightMap® technology on Yardi’s RentCafe® websites, enabling multifamily clients to easily add interactive property maps that improve the rental search experience.

Prior to this collaboration, Yardi would embed Engrain maps in RentCafe websites, requiring interactions with multiple teams. Now, as an Engrain reseller partner, Yardi simplifies the process for its multifamily clients by managing the SightMap ordering, license management, support and native API integration. This also creates a better user experience and provides more detailed insight into user engagement.

The integration of Engrain’s SightMap makes it easier for renters to view and assess available units. Website visitors can explore the property and find the apartment that’s right for them. Cambrex Opens New Stability Storage Facility in Durham, North Carolina

Strategically located in the Research Triangle Park region, the new state-of-the-art temperature-controlled and monitored storage facility provides 7 ICH stability chambers, covering a range of conditions including 2-8°C, 25°C/60%RH, 30°C/65%RH, 30°C/75%RH, and 40°C/75%RH, as well as both -20°C and ultra-low (-70°C/-80°C) storage conditions.
