MEDIA ADVISORY – CATSA to Unveil Multi-Year Plan to Advance Screening Technology

OTTAWA, ON, Sept. 10, 2024 /CNW/ – The Canadian Air Transport Security Authority (CATSA) will announce its plans to implement computed tomography (CT) X-ray screening technology at select pre-board screening checkpoints nationwide. This long-term initiative underscores CATSA’s ongoing commitment to enhancing the screening experience while ensuring the highest level of security.
