Alfa Laval AB’s Nomination Committee for the Annual General Meeting 2025

LUND, Sweden, Oct. 1, 2024 /PRNewswire/ — The Nomination Committee for the Annual General Meeting 2025 has now been appointed by the largest shareholders of Alfa Laval AB and consists of the following members: 

Jörn Rausing – Winder Holding
Daniel Kristiansson – Alecta Tjänstepension Ömsesidigt
Lennart Francke – Swedbank Robur Fonder
Anders Oscarsson – AMF-Försäkring och Fonder

In addition, Dennis Jönsson, Chairman of the Board of Alfa Laval AB, will be part of the Nomination Committee.

The Annual General Meeting will be held on Tuesday 29 April 2025, at 16.00 (CET).
