Controversial app Friend Verifier is back, now offering free background checks to new users

Friend Verifier, the popular app that previously allowed Facebook users to scan their friends and friend requests for registered sex offenders, has returned with a renewed mission to empower individuals with the ability to conduct background checks from anywhere.
