CHI V offers access to critical infrastructure and connectivity on seven acres currently zoned for data center use. Plans for the site’s development include a new 220,000 sq. ft. facility to support high-density cloud and artificial intelligence (AI) applications. The facility will offer 36 MW of critical IT capacity, ensuring a robust and reliable infrastructure to meet the growing demand for these applications. CHI V is slated for occupancy in 2028.
