Relationship will create new solutions for the early diagnosis and detection of cancer and other diseases.

DANA POINT, Calif., Sept. 13, 2024 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ — SecondOpinionExpert, Inc. (SOE), a leading healthcare technology company, announced today that it has entered into a strategic relationship agreement with Base Molecular Resonance™ Technologies, LLC (BMRT) to advance BMRT’s patented technology in the healthcare space for the early diagnosis and detection of cancer and other diseases.

We are honored to work with SOE, leveraging their extensive expertise in the healthcare industry and their robust capabilities as we deploy our revolutionary technology in the medical sector, stated Bo Short, Co-Founder and CEO of BMRT.

BMRT has constructed a device and established a new technology called Base Molecular Resonance™ (BMR™). BMR™ represents a new area of science regarding the nuclear resonance of all matter. This patented technology can detect any compound or biological substance, including every element on the periodic table, and up to 200 cancers and other diseases.

In a recent groundbreaking landmark study, BMR™ technology demonstrated the ability to detect various cancers with 100% accuracy in both blind and double-blind tests, yielding no false positives or false negatives. This pivotal third-party study positions Base Molecular Resonance™ Technologies at the forefront of Quantum Physics applications, offering a transformative solution that is set to redefine global standards in healthcare.

The BMRT device can detect cancerous cells through a simple, harmless, non-invasive scan, providing instantaneous results. Early detection has the potential to nearly eradicate late-stage cancer. Ten million people die every year around the world from cancer; 600,000 in the United States alone. It is anticipated that from 2023 to 2040 the incidence of cancer will increase 63% and mortality by 74%. Currently, 40%-50% of all cancers are detected between Stages 2-4. Late-stage diagnosis means increased mortality, decreased access to care and increases in costs to the patient, medical provider and the insurance company.

BMR™ utilizes a proprietary frequency-identification protocol for determining the specific frequency signatures of biological agents, like cancer. The system transmits a frequency that matches the resonance frequency of a target substance, inducing a resonant response in the material. This response is then detected by the receiver, which processes the signal to indicate the presence and location of the target.

SOE will assist BMRT to advance the use of its technology and device in the healthcare space. Additionally, SOE will consult with BMRT on business and marketing strategy, will assist in procuring grants and provide business development and other services to help roll out BMRT’s innovative solution to the medical segment. SOE will also leverage its panel of 400+ board-certified medical specialists, its extensive industry contacts, its technical expertise and its other capabilities to assist BMRT with the productization and roll out of BMRT’s patented technology

“We are honored to work with SOE, leveraging their extensive expertise in the healthcare industry and their robust capabilities as we deploy our revolutionary technology in the medical sector,” stated Bo Short, Co-Founder and CEO of BMRT. “We have a unique opportunity to establish our solution as the new standard for early cancer detection. Together, we have the potential to save millions of lives, billions of dollars, and alleviate immeasurable pain and suffering,” Short added.

“SOE is pleased to be working with BMRT to leverage their game changing technology to detect cancer and other diseases earlier and more cost effectively” says Steve Krause, President, SecondOpinionExpert, Inc. “This strategic relationship with BMRT aligns perfectly with our mission of providing innovative medical technology solutions that dramatically improve patient outcomes while significantly reducing healthcare delivery costs. Young Women Activists Launch “What Girls Want,” Demand World Leaders Put Girls at the Center of Summit of the Future

NEW YORK, Sept. 21, 2024 /PRNewswire/ — Today in New York, more than 50 young women from around the world – including Nobel Prize Laureate Malala Yousafzai – gathered to take government to task for failing to prioritize girls and young women in the upcoming Summit of the Future. The group is backed by acoalition of girl-centered non-profit organizations, institutions, and funds who synthesized the demands of girls at www.whatgirlswant.com.

At a demonstration near the UN, alongside life-size cutouts of world leaders dressed ironically as “girl experts”, the activists delivered a strong message: world leaders aren’t the experts on what girls want for their futures – girls are.

Eylül Erçin, 19, from Türkiye, shared: “The time has passed for girls and young women to be treated as mere afterthoughts. Leaders must include us in the foundational design of these processes, ensuring that our priorities are integrated into shaping the future we will inherit. Anything less is unacceptable.”

Today’s event is about more than calling out a process failure. Girls i from around the world delivered a forward-looking call to action this week. They expect governments, institutions, and community leaders to step up and help shape a more equitable future.

Alongside fellow activists, Malala said: “Even at 27, I know better than to assume I understand best what girls want. Everywhere I go, girls are eager to share their vision for their futures. As adults, it is our job to listen, fund their work and follow their lead. It is not too late for world leaders to do right by girls. They can start by prioritizing their demands in tomorrow’s final Summit deliberations and by investing resources to match their words.”

The evidence is clear: investing in girls and delivering on their rights transforms economies, societies, and the environment, advancing the SDGs and building a future that girls deserve.

About What Girls Want

This effort was produced by a collaboration of girl-centered organizations, institutions, funders, and allies. The campaign is anchored around work to collate insights, data, and stories from 20+ public consultations with girls and young women over the past decade, driven by a shared desire to center girls’ demands in spaces where they are being ignored.
