Direct Digital Holdings Appoints BDO as New Auditor

(“BDO”) as the Company’s new independent registered public accounting firm, effective June 10, 2024.

The firm is home to over 12,000 professionals spread across 75 U.S. offices. BDO succeeds Marcum LLP, which previously was the independent registered accounting firm providing audit services to the Company.
