Situated in the arid desert region along the IndiaPakistan border, where temperatures soar above 50°C, and facing challenges such as high wind speeds and sandstorms, the SkyLine II project showcases Arctech’s formidable technical prowess and commitment to delivering tailored solutions in demanding environments. The project’s success is attributed to Arctech’s leading technology, customized solutions, and robust product capabilities that ensure long-term client trust.

The SkyLine II tracking solution, featuring state-of-the-art multi-point parallel drive technology with a wind speed threshold of 22m/s and a stow angle of 0°. This innovation not only mitigates component cracking risks during desert windstorms but also extends effective power generation hours.

Arctech has established a dedicated local team over the past seven years, optimizing service quality from front-end sales to mid-stage installation and back-end maintenance. In August 2022, Arctech’s first joint venture manufacturing base in India, Jash Energy, commenced operations. With a sprawling 16-acre site and an annual capacity of 3GW, the factory focuses on the production of key components for tracking solution. Currently, it supplies components to several photovoltaic projects across India.

India’s solar market has experienced rapid growth in recent years. As of June 30, 2023, India’s cumulative installed capacity for renewable energy reached 129.6GW, with solar energy accounting for approximately 54% of the total renewable energy capacity, according to the International Energy Agency’s “World Energy Outlook” report. The report predicts that by 2050, India’s solar installed capacity will be top in the chart.

Since entering the Indian market, Arctech has garnered favor over the past seven years with diverse solutions such as SkyLine, SkyLine II, and SkySmartII, accumulating a total project capacity of over 7GW in the Indian market. In addition to the recent additional contract, Arctech has secured multiple projects in India in 2023, including the 420MW Sullur project and the 242MW Rajasthan project, solidifying its dominant position in the local market.

At a vehicle speed of 100 km/h, the suspension can adjust approximately every 2.5 cm of travel. With a dynamic adjustment range in damping that is about twice that of other technologies, it offers a better balance between comfort and handling.

In the production and development of car models, MagneRide® suspension does not require complex valve systems. The hardware is easier to standardize and universalize, allowing different damping characteristics to be achieved through software adjustments, making it highly adaptable to various scenarios. This flexibility in tuning facilitates subsequent OTA upgrades during vehicle development. The symmetrical compression and rebound forces provide fine-tuning capabilities unmatched by other suspensions, allowing for precise adaptation to minor road surface changes and significantly reducing the tuning and development cycle.

(“Beitou IT Innovation”) to jointly set up the Malaysia-China AI Innovation and Cooperation Centre as the Flagship China-ASEAN AI Lab toward realising the vision of the governments of Malaysia and China to collaborate on artificial intelligence. The exchange of agreement was witnessed officially by Minister of Investment, Trade and Industry YB Tengku Datuk Seri Utama Zafrul Tengku Abdul Aziz and a government representative from Mainland China.

In conjunction with the signing of a Government-to-Government Memorandum of Understanding between the governments of China and Malaysia on AI development, MYEG and Beitou IT Innovation, a wholly-owned state-owned enterprise of the Guangxi Autonomous Region Government, have been selected to jointly establish a one-of-a-kind G2G lab that brings together leading AI companies from China and ASEAN to jointly develop localised AI products and to power cross-border applications.

Spearheaded by MYEG, the AI Lab will also see the participation of leaders in their respective fields such as China’s Deepseek, robotics and drone companies DJI and Leju Robot, Huawei Technologies, Alibaba Group as well as Malaysian IT services provider Heitech Padu Berhad, among others.

Located at MYEG Headquarters in Petaling Jaya, the AI Lab will focus on the convergence of Blockchain, Generative AI and robotics technologies with emphasis on cross-border applications and customisation of AI services according to local culture and values. The first service to be introduced will be the mutual recognition of national Digital IDs from Malaysia and China starting with Guangxi Autonomous Region. This service enables citizens from Malaysia to use their MyDigital ID for various identity verification requirements in Guangxi Autonomous Region, especially for KYC requirements at financial institutions and various tourist attractions. At the same time, the digital ID of Chinese nationals will be similarly accepted for identity verification in Malaysia.

In providing impetus toward the success of this joint effort, the Guangxi provincial government has allocated a sum of RMB10 billion through an investment fund to seed the development of such projects under the China-ASEAN programme.
